One of the NLP presuppositions is that we have all the resources we need to resolve our problems and achieve our goals; contemporary research in cognitive linguistics could be seen to supports this position. In this session we will examine the implications of this in relation to the idea that there is a natural leader hidden in each of us, that our language and categories can lock this leader away, and that it is possible to accelerate the development of leaders if we show them how to access this latent knowledge.
